If you downloaded the one from the creator (Christopher Einarsrud), the wood image is built in the flash. Try using the one that's made for Picasa: http://www.paulvanroekel.nl/picasa/polaroid/ I believe this one is more user-friendly and you have more options to customize it for your use.
