Old School Pencil Sharpeners

Remember those old school Boston pencil sharpeners in every classroom before the invention of mechanical pencils? We all had yellow no.2 pencils we’d have to sharpen and red eraser tops that sometimes left smudges on our paper if we pressed too hard when trying to erase. Seeing one of these sharpeners gets me nostalgic to this day.

The Boston Pencil Sharpener Company has since discontinued making pencil sharpeners. The sad thing is the disappearing of its name which once touched so many people’s life especially in America.
