I’m heading out to Napa Valley, California this weekend for a bridal shower and I’m responsible for making cocktails! Without much effort, I found some really easy cocktail recipes that will satisfy every taste bud!

Summer Fruit Punch
Prep time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
2 cups diced stone fruits (apricots, plums, peaches, nectarines)
2 cups apricot juice
2 cups sparkling wine
1 cup seltzer

Combine diced fruit, apricot juice, sparkling wine, and seltzer. Divide among 4 ice-filled glasses and enjoy! You can also substitute sparking cider for a non-alcoholic version!

Bellini
Prep time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
3 ounces Champagne or sparkling wine
1 ounce fresh white peach juice

This drink is simple but delicious! Pour the peach juice into a champagne flute. Fill the glass with the Champagne or sparkling wine and serve!

Lemon Drop
Prep time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
1/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
1/2 ounce Cointreau or Triple Sec
2 ounces Citrus Vodka
1 lemon wheel, for garnish

Shake all the ingredients well with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass with a sugared rim. Float a thin wheel of lemon on top of the drink.

Sour Apple Martini
Prep time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
2 parts vodka
1 part sour apple schnapps
1 part ginger ale
Splash of lime juice

In an ice shaker, add vodka, schnapps, and lime juice and shake vigorously. Strain into a cocktail glass and add ginger ale. Garnish with a thin slice of green apple.

Easy Sangria
Prep time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
1 bottle of red wine (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Zinfandel, Shiraz)
1 lemon cut into wedges
1 orange cut into wedges
2 tbsp sugar
1 shot brandy
2 cups ginger ale or club soda

You can’t celebrate Napa Valley without Sangria! Pour wine in the pitcher and squeeze the juice wedges from the lemon and orange into the wine. Toss in the fruit wedges (leaving out seeds if possible) and add sugar and brandy. Chill overnight. Add ginger ale or club soda just before serving. If you’d like to serve right away, use chilled red wine and serve over lots of ice.
