HomeGoods has a online quiz to help you determine your decorating style! Not only does it tell you what your style is, the test also offers tips for how to dress up your living space. I was found to be a “Bohemian Casual.” I value comfort, warmth, and an open friendly place, yup! It also says “no one would ever say your home is boring” (sweet!) and my “Happy Home Colors” are orange and yellow hues (ehh, not so sweet).

I’ve had my trusty Target reusable bag in my car for almost a year now and every time go shopping with it, I get 5ยข back for not using the store’s plastic bags. It’s made by Green Bags as an eco-friendly way to reduce the use of disposable plastic bags, from recyclable polypropylene fabric. But sadly, that bag’s seen better days. I took it shopping with me yesterday and I’m guessing its the big bottle of dish soap and half & half, because right after I walked out of Target, all my goodies fell out from the bottom. Boo hoo!
So now I’m deciding whether to buy more reusable bags or make my own? I’ve found some cute tote bag tutorials ranging from easy-peasy to …I’m sorry, what? Let’s see, how ambitious do I feel?

The International School of Color and Design (ISCD) has a online quiz to help you discover your interior decorating style. My style personality result: nostalgic nest. “A collector who likes to express their individuality. Trends don’t interest you; you’re down to earth. You’ve developed your own style and stay true to yourself. Unique souvenirs from your travels adorn your home. You’re sentimental; you keep photo albums and happy memories around you. You make your own treasures.”

I’m totally smitten! These adorable papers flowers are great for adding color to any room. Originally featured in Martha Stewart magazine about 10 years ago, Wendy Chung, creative author of dozi, has reinvented the easy tutorial for making these paper flowers.

All you need is some construction paper, pencil, scissors, glue, and foraging your yard for some skinny tree branches. Stick them in a vase and show it off as a pretty table setting.
For the complete step-by-step, check out the post over at dozi.
